Our most popular plan! Suitable for small to medium sized teams. Package includes 10 user accounts.

Includes increased volumes of storage and a valuable support plan offering support between 9-5am AEST Monday-Friday with a 4 hour response.  

It also comes with 2 hours of onboarding training.

Larger quotas for storage and email quota can be added to this plan. 

This plan provides access for less than half the price of a daily coffee.

Plus

Our Plus plan is our premium package, suitable for most team sizes. This package includes 20 user accounts. It also comes with a larger volume of storage and email quota.

It also comes with standard support (9-5am AEST Monday-Friday with a 4 hour response) It also includes 2 hours of onboarding training.

Larger quotas for storage and email quota can be added to this plan. Additional users can be added onto this plan at a cost of AUD $35 per user.

This plan provides access at slightly more than just a dollar a day!

Support

We have a range of support options available to suit organisations of all types.

Basic Support (9x5xNDB)
  • This support provides support during working hours between Monday - Friday
  • Priority 1 tickets will be responded to by next business day
  • Priority 2 & 3 tickets will be responded to based on severity

Standard Support (9x5-4)
  • This support provides support during working hours between Monday - Friday
  • Priority 1 tickets will be responded to within 4 business hours
  • Priority 2 & 3 tickets will be responded to based on severity

Premium Support (24x7-6)
  • This support provides support 24 hours a day, seven days a week
  • Priority 1 tickets will be responded to within 6 business hours
  • Priority 2 & 3 tickets will be responded to based on severity


Any one in your organisation can raise a standard support ticket (Priority 2 & 3), while Priority 1 tickets can only be raised by the subscription owner or a nominated person. Typically the response times allow us to allocate engineers and do a preliminary investigation before reaching out.

Please note that if BUZZHub is unavailable, announcements regarding availability will be published to our social media accounts.


Training

Each subscription comes with an initital training engagement which is delivered via a private live stream.

Typically the initital training engagement covers off the basic functions of BUZZHub or with a focus on particular areas of interest requested by your organisation.

  • Can be used to help upskill new team members

Live Stream
  • Training sessions available between Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 (AEST)
  • Based on a standard tour or a focus on a particular area of interest
  • Includes Q&A with BUZZHub experts

  • Provide detailed how-to information
  • Includes Tips & Tricks


Storage

Storage is included in each BUZZHub Plan at different sizes. Storage is used for many things within BUZZHub including:

  • Images and Logos
  • Generated documents, including PDFs
  • Media clips
  • Shared files
You can manage the size of the storage consumed and additional storage can be added to your subscription as required. Please enquire for more information.


Monthly Email Quota

Each BUZZHub Plan includes a total amount of emails that can be sent through BUZZHub each month - this is your email quota. Email is used for many things within BUZZHub including:

  • Media pitching
  • Client EDMs
  • Booking confirmations
  • Workflow alerts and messages
